Some critters I met down under (1998 - 2000), clockwise from upper left:

• Paper nautilus shell with nautiloid still barely alive and hanging on (SW coast).
• chudich (sort of a marsupial cat)
• koala (cute buggers, but VERY large claws).
• wombat (what can I say, they're cool).
• Kangaroo in center (pesky critters, always jumping in front of your car at night....).
